If, by any chance the product you have ordered is not in stock we will email you to let you know. At this point you have the option to cancel your order, wait for the item (we will gladly give you an idea as to how long) or we’ll happily substitute the item for you. If you are concerned please do not hesitate to contact us. You can reach us by email, telephone or fax.

Please note that all the products in categories "BY-PASS FILTRATION SYSTEMS" and "FULL-FLOW OIL FILTERS" as well as "HARLEY-DAVIDSON OIL AND AIR FILTERS" are not subject to any discounts (Preferred Customers Programs or Voucher Holders).
These products are already sold at the lowest price due to promotional reasons,
therefore, at the check out discounts will not be applied to the above products.

Purchase Process:

To make a purchase, you first need to add products to your shopping basket. This can be done by clicking on the 'Add to Cart' links found on all product pages. When an item is in your basket, it will be stored there ready for you to purchase should you wish to do so. You can add as many items to your basket as you wish, and you can delete any item by clicking on the "delete" box and "update cart" link.
When you are ready to purchase, simply click on the 'checkout' button and you will move to the online secure ordering area, where you will be asked to register (if you are a first time buyer) or login (if you are already registered), input your delivery details and email address. Upon confirmation of your order an order Ref No will be sent to you.
If you decide to purchase one of our <<Preferred Customer Programs>> in order to receive discounts, you must purchase the <<Preferred Customer Program>> first, before buying any other items. After this is done, you can visit our e-shop again and purchase products on discount prices.
Note : For <<Preferred Customers>> and <<Voucher>> holders please note that product prices shown at the shopping cart before login are normal prices and not discounted. After Login the shopping cart shows the discount prices and the customer can proceed to the check out point.

Payment:

Credit and debit cards are accepted via secure PayPal online payments
(please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay for the goods).

Bank transfers: If you wish to choose this payment method you shall be notified of our bank details upon receiving your order (please don't forget to mention your order reference number).
